Heidi Johnson-Schmidt grew up in the local area of Hemet, CA. Growing up she had a passion and love for sports as she was heavily involved with club soccer, participated in many sports throughout high school, and was around the motocross community. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2018 and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. After completing her bachelor’s degree her passion for sports medicine drove her to further her education and pursue her career as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Her main specialization while attending chiropractic college was sports medicine and tactical sports medicine. She attended Southern California University of Health Science and graduated receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2021.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Athletic Trainer not only specializing in sports medicine but also I have a huge passion for women's healthcare. Women are ever more active, both in the workplace as well as in training. They may participate in sporting competitions or be asked to do physical labor on the job which can affect the body in many different ways and keep the body from functioning at its peak. I have set out to be a leader and resource for women within the community to help them move better and trust deeper so that they may embrace unwavering confidence in their bodies and choices.
