• Physician Assistant

I’ve been a Physician Assistant for over 20 years with 10 years experience in Regenerative Medicine working with world renowned sonologist Dr. Shawn Tierney DC, RMSK. My specialty offers diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound exams for all parts of the body and spine. All treatments are done under ultrasound guidance such as nerve hydrodissection, biologic therapies and PRP therapies. Our goal is to identify the source of musculoskeletal pain and offer treatments that stimulate the body to help heal itself. We hope to help patients alleviate the need for pain medicine and possibly avoid surgical intervention. I am also a part of the Stellate Ganglion Block and IV Ketamine Team at Trinity Integrative that helps treat issues such as PTSD, anxiety and chronic pain.

Integrative Medicine

Integrative medicine is an methodology to wellness that combines both conventional (traditional Western) medicine and complementary medicine. It is focused on safe, evidence-based integrative therapies.

Conventional medicine, more often includes treatment with drugs, surgery and lifestyle changes, while complementary medicine encompasses therapies that are not part of traditional Western medicine such as chiropractic therapy, yoga, meditation, for example.Complementary therapies do not replace conventional treatments. They are integrated into this comprehensive, customized, whole-person approach to help you maintain optimal health or cope with a chronic condition.

Your individual practitioner and team of providers at Trinity Medical Multi-Specialty Group have completed both formal medical training in Traditional Western medicine and we have taken additional professional training in complementary therapies to deliver up-to-date blended evidence-based integrative therapies and care.

Primary Care

We offer comprehensive, integrative primary care. You may choose to remain with your primary care provider and utilize select services or establish with us for all your needs. Often we are the last stop for those who have tried and been failed by many other providers or medical options. We take the time to listen to each patient and continue to provide additional therapies and work toward greater health and overall well-being.

Bio-Identical Hormones

Bio-Identical Hormones are designed so your body uses them in the same way it does your own hormones. Of all the hormones out there, the bioidentical type is the closest to the real thing. These hormones are chemically identical to the ones your body makes, so you can absorb and utilize them easily. Bioidentical hormones can be very helpful for people who suffer from a hormonal imbalance or who might not make enough hormones naturally.

Every physical body is unique and has different needs. People choose to replace hormones for different reasons. Sometimes, it’s due to old age or life changes, like menopause. Taking certain hormones your body no longer makes can help improve your health and overall well-being.

Without a proper balance of hormones, your body can go through unpleasant symptoms. Replacing the hormones you no longer produce with professionally prescribed bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) can reduce symptoms and help you achieve a better quality of life.

Regenerative Medicine

Our specially trained musculoskeletal sonographer performs ultrasound exams with real-time visualization of structures such as tendons, ligaments, muscle, bone, peripheral nerves, arteries, and veins. Ultrasound is an imaging technology that utilizes sound waves rather than ionizing radiation exposure to the patient. Ultrasound guided injections provide cutting edge precision in the treatment of acute or chronic pain and injuries. Regenerative Medicine treatment options can include nerve hydrodissection (for nerve entrapment), Biologic therapies, PRP and A2M Therapy for arthritis.

Stellate Ganglion Blocks & IV Ketamine Therapy

Our office offers Stellate Ganglion Blocks and IV Ketamine Therapy, these specific treatments can help conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and addiction. These unique therapeutic options are lead by our Board Certified Anesthesiologist Dr. Jeremiah Maloney who has been performing SGB under ultrasound guidance of Dr.Tierney for many years. The IV Ketamine therapy is offered in a quite peaceful setting in our clinic with one-on-one treatment given by Dr.Maloney. IV Therapy

IV therapy is the fastest way to give your body hydration and the nutrition it needs. The process allows the vitamins and hydration solution to go right into your bloodstream, bypassing the digestive process (often impaired by environmental, dietary, genetic and other health factors), to give you faster, more effective results. IV has been found to be safe and effective for a wide range of clinical conditions as well as maintaining health and well-being. In many instances, this treatment is more effective and better tolerated than conventional medical therapies. Nutrients taken up by the cells after an IV infusion may eventually leak out again, but perhaps some healing takes place before they do. Repeated IV administration allows for more nutrient exposure allowing for cumulative improvement. It is believed that patients who receive a series of IV injections become progressively healthier.
